Sunday at the Movies - “The Lion and the Mouse”

A dramatic retelling of The Lion and the Mouse; one of most beloved Aesop’s fables.

“The Lion and the Mouse is a fable about a mouse who, surprisingly, is set free by a lion. Later, the lion is captured in a net set by humans. The tiny mouse cleverly sets the lion free, thereby repaying the lion for his kindness and showing that sometimes the strong depend upon the weak.”

My favorite part is when she says, “The mouse keeps biting, keeps biting…..”

Love this girl!

*Edited to add: I just realized my son is sitting in the background eating crayons. Oops. I wonder if they're more tasty than the earthworm he ate last week?
